Be more present, be happier
How to Be More Present
How I stay focused on the moment in our busy world today?
I have always been a bit of a softhead. My head is buzzing with thoughts about the past, present, and future. I am always thinking about what I need to do, what I have forgotten to do, and what might be in the future.
This constant thinking can be exhausting and distracting.
It makes it delicate to concentrate on the task at hand and to enjoy the present moment.
Over the once many times, I have been working on getting more present. It’s not easy, but it’s been one of the most satisfying effects I have ever done.
